Start time begins 30 minutes after delivery time
Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a rental agreement and a request for payment of the deposit. A security deposit of $250.00 is required to make a reservation. The price to rent the party is $350.00 + tax and is due once RTP arrives at your location and before setup begins. The security deposit will be returned once the party equipment is retrieved in the condition that it was delivered
Payment is due in full on the event date before set up begins. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover.
•Rain: Heavy rain automatically cancels your reservation and you will receive 100% of your deposit. If you choose to reschedule for another available date and time, 100% of your deposit will be applied to the new reservation. It is at your discretion to honor your reservation in light rain.
•Cancellation should be done with as much advance notice as possible. Please refer to the cancellation policy in your rental agreement
Late Fee: If the equipment is not ready for pickup at the end time of your party, there will be a $25.00 fee charged for every 15 minutes over and will be deducted from your security deposit.
